This design and build project involved transforming a former brownfield farmer’s yard into three modern new-build homes, delivering a blend of style, functionality, and efficiency for a private client.

Key features of the project included:

• High-end finishes: Each property was meticulously designed with premium materials and finishes, selected in collaboration with our interior designer to create a luxurious living experience.
• Maximized space: To enhance the first-floor master suites, we incorporated innovative Velux balcony systems, offering a sense of openness and providing stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
• Exterior detailing: The homes feature integrated stone masonry details, adding a touch of sophistication and elevating the overall aesthetic.

Practical solutions were implemented to balance quality and cost efficiency:

• Klargester foul drainage system: Proposed and integrated as a cost-effective alternative to traditional services, saving the client both time and money during construction.
• Private access: A secure remote gate entry system ensures privacy, complemented by resin-bound driveways and a paved main road for a premium finish.
